I was known in OTA as GC Shashi Bhusahn Tyagi of Kohima Company of Ranjit Singh Bn; more famously known as the 'one who ran 100 miles to pass 10 mile test'!

I got commissioned in Army Service Corps as can be seen from my cap badge. While in service I did mostly the court martial dutie as I was Law qualified. I also did motor car expeditions and participated in Himalayan car rallies.

Presently I am Chief of Security in GAIL (India) Limited and based at its Corporate Office in New Delhi. I have authored a book on industrial security and another book on similar subject is likely to be released soon.
